Instructions on Comments and Complaints

¡ï Comments and Suggestions from the public are welcomed
     In the office lobby on the ground floor stands a board with pictures of our staff on it; each and every floor is equipped with comments collecting box and public comment sheets are placed on the counters of every service office. Clients are encouraged to fill a comment sheet and put it into the box before leaving the service center.

¡ï Complaints are welcomed if the services we provide fail to satisfy you.
     On-the-spot complaint: directly complain to the complaint center (located in the Coordination & Supervision Section on the 3rd floor).
     Complaint in written form: write the complaints on the comment sheet and put it into the box)
     Complaint on phone: to dial the Complaint special line of 83281111
     On-line complaint: complain on our official website www.fsxzfw.gov.cn. Follow the instructions to input your complaint information
     Complaint by Mail: write letter to the following address: the Coordination & Supervision Section, Administrative Service Center, Gongjiao Building, No.28 of Jihua 5th Road, Foshan

¡ï Please provide clear information about the person and unit you complained of and leave your names and information for contact. The service center will take your comments and complain into serious consideration and deal with them timely. Your personal information are safe with us.
