These regulations are made to strengthen unified management of service center, to maintain a sound performance of service center and to establish a good image of ¡°serving the people, benefiting the people and convenient for the people¡±.
1. Regulations on media interview
1) The interview of service center and service offices by media in or out of Foshan (including filming) should be registered in Coordination & Supervision Section in advance. Personnel from press should wear unified Provisional Interview Card.
2) Coordination & Supervision Section should inform the chief of service offices in advance when media come to interview the office; Interview of service offices through bureaus in charge or other related bureaus should be informed to Coordination & Supervision Section in advance. The interviewers are required to take registration procedures in service office in advance.
3) Without special reasons, the service center, service office as well as their staff should cooperate with media in their interview. A good image of government and of service center should be maintained in the interview.
4) When the interview is taking place in service lobby, attention should be paid to maintain the sound performance of service center.
5) Media should inform service center of the contents and time of reports for center¡¯s consent before reporting the news. Otherwise, the media should take on the responsibility of any distortion or mistakes in reports as well as the bad impact it may have on service center.
2. Regulations on Visit
1) Service center should be prepared for field visit of survey groups or leaders or units of higher level. Good images should be maintained by all staff in center and service office, with warm and courteous manner in communication with visitors.
2) The same attitudes should be held among all service offices and service center in exchange with visitors. Documents concerning the service center can only be provided to visitors with approval from center¡¯s leaders.
3) The bureaus in charge should inform service center in written form when they plan to organize a survey visit to service center. The reception is mainly under charge of their own staff, with accompanying personnel of the service center.
